Andrés Soto - Seikilos, for solo cello Roland Gjernes, violoncello The epitaph of Seikilos is the oldest surviving example of a complete musical composition. It was probably written between 200 B.C and 100 AD and was found engraved on a tombstone in modern day Turkey in 1883.
